TSM survey
All social housing providers in England must collect data on tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs). These are part of a system developed by the Regulator of Social Housing to assess how well social housing landlords are doing at providing good quality homes and services.
The measures are aimed at helping improve standards for people living in social housing, by:
- providing visibility, letting tenants see how well their landlord is doing, and enabling residents to hold their landlord to account
- providing the regulator an insight into which landlords might need to improve things for their residents
TSMs are designed to see how well landlords are performing in terms of:
- keeping properties in a good state of repair
- maintaining building safety
- respectful and helpful engagement
- effective handling of complaints
- responsible neighbourhood management
There are a total of 22 Satisfaction Measures we must report on, which include:
- 12 Tenant Perception Measures (TPMs)
- 10 Management Information Measures (MI)
For the TPMs, we are required to survey a sample representative of our residents.
How it works
As part of the Stonewater group, we are working with TLF Research to contact and survey a representative sample of Mount Green residents every 3 months, starting from 29th July. In case you are contacted, here’s everything you need to know:
- You have the choice to take part in the survey or not
- You can take part and remain anonymous or choose to take part and have your name attached to the feedback
The survey results will be published
TLF Research is fully compliant with Data Protection Laws. Some resident contact information has been shared with TLF Research only for the use of this survey and to invite residents to take part.
TLF Research does not share any data with any other organisation.
