Axis, our repairs contractor, will now resume our routine repairs service following recent changes to lockdown rules.
Priority will be given to those outstanding repairs that have been reported since the lockdown started on 26th March 2020. Residents who have reported a routine repair during this time will be contacted over the next 30 days, either by Axis or by one of our Repairs Team to discuss whether the repair is still required.
Any new repairs reported will be put through under the 30 day turnaround category unless urgent.
