There are also key worker studio apartments at the scheme. Graham House is within walking distance of the local train station and shops. All flats have an emergency warden call system linked to Mole Valley Telecare. Residents have access to a communal laundry, communal lounge, guest room and communal gardens. Independent Living officer visits twice per week.
