
Scrutiny Panel
Our scrutiny panel meet quarterly to contribute to the development of best practice, performance and continuous improvement at Mount Green, as well as consulting on service changes. The panel also carry out scrutiny of our services and performance.

Resident Involvement Group (RIG)
RIG is a group of residents who are consulted with on about changes to policy and procedure or asked for views on publications such as our resident newsletter.

Estate Champions
Estate Champions work closely with our Neighbourhood Officers, Independent Living Officers and Estate Services and Facilities Officer to help monitor our estates. Where possible, you are invited to attend estate inspections and monitor the outcomes, actions and improvements from these.

We are proud to have a residents-only Facebook page which offers a community feel and is a great channel to ask questions and share information with your neighbours and other Mount Green residents. You can also also speak with our Customer Services team and you’ll be able to find out everything that’s going on at Mount Green, as well as tips, asking for advice or simply making new friends.

Completing surveys
Your opinion really can make a difference! We’re always looking for ways to improve our services. You may be contacted by telephone, text or email to tell us how we are doing. Also keep an eye out for any surveys we share on our website or social media.
