Mount Green has been making some changes to its staff structure to ensure we are in the best place possible to deliver the improvements needed around our services to residents. Whilst you may see some changes around staff members, rest assured we will continue to deliver our service as normal. It will be sad to see those colleagues who are leaving us go but we very much look forward to welcoming new colleagues.
We are also shaping up how we work to support the changes needed following the Social Housing White Paper and as we move towards a better Mount Green, we will keep you updated as well as provide opportunities to get involved.
