We’ve been informed that a company called Property Krowd has sent letters to some of our residents. In the letters, the recipients are asked to scan a QR code and confirm they are a resident at the address to join a community and get information about repairs and energy efficiency.
The letter refers to Mount Green. However, we’d like to confirm that this company is not a Mount Green partner and we haven’t instructed them to collect any information from you. We also haven’t provided them any information regarding the energy efficiency of your home – anyone can search for energy certificates using the gov.uk website.
We haven’t been able to confirm that this is a legitimate company. Please take the time to read the letter carefully before engaging with their services. It is important that the safety and security of your personal data is maintained, and you are not obligated to share it.
Mount Green residents have access to lots of free energy saving advice and information. We also have a fuel engagement officer who can help you if you need advice and support with your energy bill.
