As we make some big improvements to our online digital services, we will be changing, improving and updating our resident portal over the next 6-12 months.
From Tuesday 1 November this year we will be discontinuing our current portal and removing access to it from our website . This will mean you will no longer be able to log in to an online portal with Mount Green.
We will be replacing some of the key services available on the resident portal in the short term with alternative methods. These key services have been identified as:
- Make a payment: via our website homepage (replacing the resident portal link) you will be able to make an online payment, using AllPay
- Request an Account Statement: via our website contact form, you will be able to submit this request
- Submit an enquiry: via our website contact form, you will be able to submit an account enquiry
If you would like to be involved in shaping the services we offer on the new replacement portal, we will be setting up workshops with groups of residents to understand which digital services are essential to you, so that we can plan to meet those requirements where possible with the new portal.
