Residents’ Portal

What is it?

Our residents’ portal is an online tool which allows you to access your Mount Green account - anywhere, any time.

What can I do on it?

The portal allows you to view your rent account, update your contact information and make easy, online payments at any time, without the need to speak with a member of staff. 

How do I access it?

You can access the portal using any device, whether it be a laptop, mobile phone or tablet. Simply head to

Who can access it?

This facility is for tenants only. Other household members will not be able to register or have access to the portal.


First step: Log in

Head to Fill in your username and password and click Login.

New user? Let’s get you started!

Click the Register button and simply have the following information ready:

Date of birth
Tenancy reference
Valid email address

Tip: When choosing your password, it should be between six and 12 characters long and should contain at least one number and one letter. It also must not contain the word password.

Once you have registered, you will be sent an email. You must click on the link within the email to verify your account and to gain access to the portal. You can now log in with your new username and password.

Forgotten your details? No problem.

If you have forgotten your details, you will be able to click to retrieve these. It only takes a minute to obtain a new username and password and all you need is your tenancy reference.


What can I do now i'm logged in?

View your rent account

You can view your rent balance and statement for any period since the start of your tenancy. Simply click on My Account in the top headings and then Rent Statement.

Update your contact details

You can view your contact details by clicking on About Me then My Details. To make a change to your contact details, double click on the piece of information you want to edit or click on Add New to provide new contact details. You can also change your username and password under About Me.

Make a payment

The portal offers a simple and secure way of paying your rent and service charges. Available 24/7 with no need to speak with a member of staff, you can make any time, anywhere payments from your mobile phone, tablet or laptop.

1. Once you are logged in, click the My Account menu and then select Payment Options.
2. Scroll down to Make a Payment and follow the information on the screens to complete your payment.
3. Once complete, you will receive an email confirming your transaction.

It really is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Direct debit

A direct debit is an easy and hassle-free arrangement made by you with your bank that allows us to transfer money from your account in order to pay your rent and service charge. The payment is automatic but the date and amount is agreed with you in advance.

You will be provided with an allpay payment card.

This swipe card will allow you to pay your rent to us at any PayPoint outlet or Post Office® in the UK. Paying is easy. Just hand your card to the cashier, together with your cash, cheque or debit card and you will be given a receipt. (If you are paying at a Post Office®, please make your cheque payable to ‘Post Office Ltd.’).

You can also pay by the allpay app, available for Apple and Android smartphones. Visit on your smartphone for more information and to download the app.

Alternatively, set up weekly, monthly or regular internet payments. Simply log onto (please note, you will need your allpay payment card to sign up the first time).

Debit/credit card

Pay over the phone by debit /credit card by calling Mount Green  on 01372 379 555.

Standing order

By Standing Order – please contact your Bank or Building Society to set this up, and you will need our bank details below and quote your tenancy reference.

Bank transfer

Via your bank account by using the internet banking facility. Please quote your tenancy reference and surname. Our account is with Barclays Bank, account number is 30650307 and our sort code is 20-30-06.
