We have had many phone calls regarding service charge costs. Our service charge budgets are set based on the previous financial year’s spend. This means your current service charge is effectively paying for the services provided last year between April 2018 and March 2019.
The cost of any services which are temporarily suspended for the moment will be reflected in the service charges we apply from April 2021. These get reviewed mid-year by our Finance Team, so if your service charge is variable you will receive notification of any predicted amendments to costs during September 2020.
