Mount Green, along with Faithorn Farrell Timms (FFT), is delighted to have presented one of its resident with a brand new iPad 32GB tablet following a series of vital fire compliance surveys.
FFT, an award winning chartered surveyors, has recently been appointed by Mount Green to complete fire compliance surveys to all of its property blocks with internal communal areas. The surveys will provide the information required to maintain and update stock condition records and to plan out major works programmes over the coming months.
Whilst it was predominantly the communal areas that were inspected, some instances required access to individual residences to inspect entrance doors and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
To say thank you to residents, FFT entered residents who provided access to their property for the surveys into a prize draw to win an iPad Space Grey 32GB tablet.
We are delighted that the winner, chosen at random, was presented with the iPad earlier this week. The resident, who is based at one of Mount Green’s Independent Living schemes, said, “I am absolutely chuffed with winning the iPad. 2020 has been a very isolating year and the iPad will allow me to connect much more easily with the outside world. Big thanks to Mount Green and FFT”.
Carrie Smith, Health and Safety Officer for Mount Green, commented, “The fire compliance surveys are a vital piece of work for us and it helps considerably to work in partnership with our residents and FFT to make their homes as safe as possible. We are grateful to all the residents who allowed us access into their properties during this crucial exercise which will help us to plan major upcoming works programmes”.
