Chigwell Construction has taken the interim repairs and maintenance contract by storm, first stepping in to help during October. Although their official start date was not until Monday 2nd November, the team stepped in early to get their teeth stuck in to improving the repairs service and we’re pleased to hear you have been reaping the rewards of their early commitment to Mount Green residents.

Meet the Team:
Russell Head – Contracts Manager
Russell is responsible for the delivery of the entire Mount Green repairs contract, ensuring that everything runs effectively. Russell reports and liaises with the senior teams at Mount Green and looks at how we can improve the service to you as residents. One of Russell’s main focuses is ensuring quality and cost-efficient repairs, which is good news as it means you can expect your repairs to be done more quickly and more effectively than before!
Kristina Purina – Assistant Contracts Manager
Kristina is responsible for the daily operations within the Chigwell Repairs Team. This includes coordinating the work to be done on your reported repairs. You will probably speak to Kristina when you report a repair over the phone. She is a dab hand at getting things organised!
Richard Turburville – Multi Trader
Richard is a trade-qualified multi trader and can turn his hand to most repairs issues. If you’ve been given a repairs appointment, you can expect to see Richard as he is responsible for repairs to resident properties, diagnosing repairs faults and rectifying any repairs issues.
Dean Barber – Site Supervisor
You may see Dean pop up at your estate or scheme every now and then as Dean is responsible for site inspections and quality control of Chigwell’s repairs. Dean also manages repairs for voids and any complex repairs that arise.
