Personal Items in Communal Areas

Residents /  / Posted on 2018-09-06 00:00:00 by kimderry

We want all of our residents to enjoy our communal areas and to feel safe and secure.

To achieve this, residents must ensure that all communal areas, both internal and external, are kept free of your own personal belongings. Personal belongings could include items such as bikes, scooters, prams and shoes.

Any items found in communal spaces, either internally or externally, will be subject to the following process:

  1. A label will be attached to the item that needs to be removed.
  2. You will have five days from the date the label is attached to remove the item from the communal area. This date will be noted on the label.
  3. Items which are not removed within the five day warning period will subsequently be removed and disposed of.

Please note that any item identified as belonging to you will be recharged.

This is in compliance with our Communal Areas Policy, which can be found here

Thank you for your cooperation.
