A big welcome to Komila Kreer who has recently joined Mount Green as a Neighbourhood Officer covering Reigate & Banstead, Mount View in Dorking and a few homes in Horley. We asked Komila a few questions to get to know her.
What made you want to apply for the Neighbourhood Officer role?
I have several years experience in Housing Management and would like to continue working closely with residents as their first point of contact. I am driven by values. I particularly enjoy making a positive difference to peoples lives as well as offering advice and support to help sustain their tenancy.
What are you most looking forward to in the role?
I look forward to meeting residents and familiarising myself with the patch I will manage. I am keen on working with communities and helping to bring people closer together, to strengthen relationships promoting a sense of ownership and pride in where residents live.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
In my spare time I enjoy walking, drawing and gardening. I love flowers and creating colourful arrangements for friends and family.
