Complaints Overview for 2023/24

At Mount Green, what matters to our customers matters to us. If something does go wrong, we want to resolve complaints well as quickly as possible. We know it’s really important to our customers that we learn from our mistakes, and we work closely with our Customer Complaints Learning Panel to make improvements.
