Over the Christmas period, Mount Green’s office will be closed on the bank holidays of Christmas Day (25th), Boxing Day (26th), and New Year’s Day (1st). On these days we will be offering an out-of-hours emergency repairs service only. Emergencies may include leaks, fires, or broken heating/hot water and you can report these any time 24/7 using the contact details below. For other emergencies not related to repairs, please contact the appropriate emergency service i.e. the Police or Fire Service.
For the rest of the period between Christmas and Thursday 2nd January, our office will be partially open with our phone lines closed. You will still be able to report routine repairs via our website.
