Changes to our phonelines

Resident announcement

We are currently reviewing the channels used by residents to communicate with our customer experience team to make improvements and reduce response waiting times.

This includes making changes to our phonelines and with the festive period just around the corner, we wanted to let you know what you can expect from our team over the next couple of weeks and how you can get in touch.

Reporting repairs

Around this time of year, we tend to see enquiries relating to boilers and hot water increase, but did you know that you should report any maintenance and repairs directly to our contractor?

For any gas-related repairs including problems with heating or hot water, residents can contact Robert Heath on 03330 141000.

Any other repairs, including problems with electric heating, can be reported to Gilmartins by calling 01582 394 968.

General enquiries For any other queries, our customer service team is available to help by calling 01372 379555 or e-mailing customerservices@mountgreen.org.uk.

From 11 December 2023 we’ll be changing our phoneline hours to 10am-4pm Monday to Friday, but our email inbox and direct messages on Facebook will still be monitored between 9am-5pm. We’ll be monitoring this change and will update you on any further changes around communicating with our customer experience team in the New Year.

Who to contact over the Christmas break

Our offices will close on Friday 22 December 2023 at 5pm and will reopen on Tuesday 2 January 2024 as normal.

During this time, Robert Heath and Gilmartins will only be carrying out emergency repairs such as resolving any leaks, problems with lifts, heating or hot water. If you need to contact either contractor, please use the contact information above.
