As a Mount Green resident, your wellbeing is placed at the heart of our activities. But we'll only succeed if we take a collaborative approach - listening to your views and acting upon them where possible - to make it easier and faster to resolve your issues.

If your present accommodation becomes unsuitable for whatever reason and you wish to move/exchange with another tenant, please contact the Tenancy Services Coordinator or refer to the Tenants Handbook (pdf)
Help us to help you
Would you like to help us to make the decisions which affect your home, estate or Mount Green as a whole? There are a number of ways in which you can get involved:
- Complete a residents survey when requested
- Attend a residents' meeting and help improve your neighbourhood
- Join or start a social committee
- Join a focus group to discuss a particular issue
- Become a member of the residents forum, a management committee or the Mount Green Housing Association Board
