We collect information to enable us to deliver services and respond to your enquiries. We will collect and retain information about you for the purposes of fulfilling our role as a landlord. This will include sharing certain limited information with our partners, such as our contractors.

However as a member of Surrey’s Information Sharing Protocol we may share personal information with third parties to keep people safe and/or ensure they get the best services. This will also be used for preventing and detecting fraud and dealing with rent arrears. We may also disclose your personal details, if required to do so, by law or any government body.
If you provide us with personal information relating to anyone other than yourself, we will assume that you do with their knowledge and consent.
We will continue to hold information about you after our relationship with you ends within the legal requirements. Your personal information will be kept secure and confidential in line with our Data Protection and Confidentiality Policy.
