The Scrutiny Panel is a group of customers who analyse our performance and services, and challenge us where improvements can be made. The panel ensures that we are delivering our services to the agreed standards and also investigates how cost-effective our processes are, and whether they represent value for money for our residents.
By being a part of the Scrutiny Panel you will be working for our entire customer base ensuring that their experiences and views are considered when reviewing services.
