Earlier this year, Mount Green successfully acquired 20 units on Furze Lane in Godalming. 5 properties available for shared ownership consist of 3 x 2 bedroom houses and 2 x 3 bedroom houses. 15 properties available for affordable rent, 4 x 1 bedroom flats, 8 x 2 bedroom houses and 3 x 3 bedroom houses.

Mount Green have completed our first private development for open market sale. 'The Langhams' consist of 12 houses for private sale (6 x 3 bedroom houses and 6 x 4 bedroom houses), 2 x 2 bedroom apartments for shared ownership and 4 x apartments for affordable rent. Westvale Park, Horley
Earlier this year, Mount Green successfully acquired 27 units on Westvale Park in Horley with Persimmon Homes. The units comprise of a mixed tenure of shared owneship and affordable rent. These properties completed in November 2017.
Ivy Mill, Godstone
In 2017 Mount Green successfully acquired 7 units on Bletchingley Road in Godstone with Thakeham Homes. The units are a mixed tenure of shared ownership and affordable rent. Development completed in July 2017.
Chase Road, Epsom
Mount Green are working closely with Zestan Developments to aquire 2 properties above a commercial retail unit for affordable rent. These two units comprise of a 3 bedroom apartment above the commercial unit (1 parking space) and a 1 bedroom apartment to the side of the commercial unit on the ground floor. The commercial unit will be used as a coffee shop. PC June 2018.
Ellsworth Park, Ash
